Owner’s Desk is a flagship product of Smart Growth Services. We are building a simpler hub for people evaluating rentals, managing the properties they own and running small service businesses.
Who is behind it.
Smart Growth Services focuses on technology implementation and AI integration for small and medium blue-collar businesses. We are based in Devine, Texas, and we serve the San Antonio area for hands-on implementation work. The software is not limited to one region.
Josh Ritchey and Ryan Rocco are the co-founders.
How we decide what to say about the product.
Software marketing has a habit of describing what is nearly finished as though it already works. We would rather be less impressive and more accurate.
So: this site does not publish prices we cannot honor, features we have not tested, or capabilities that exist in a menu but not yet in your account. Where something is not ready, we say so. When you ask for access, you get a straight answer about what works the week you ask.
If you find something on this site that overstates what the product does, tell us and we will fix it.
What Owner’s Desk is not.
- Not a full accounting system, a general ledger or a trust-accounting platform.
- Not a brokerage, a lender, an insurer or a property-management company.
- Not a substitute for an inspector, an attorney, an accountant or a licensed professional.
- Not sold as a replacement for the enterprise platforms large operators run.
