After you buy

Buy the door. Then get organized to run it.

Property Desk is built for the owner managing their own rentals. Give the properties you own a clear place in your operating routine.

We’ll email you when access is available. This does not create an account, and there is nothing to pay.

The routine it is built around

  • The properties you own, and the facts about each one.
  • Rent that is due, and rent that arrived.
  • What was spent, and on which property.
  • The dates that matter: renewals, insurance, inspections.

Which of these is ready for you depends on where the product is the week you start. We will show you the current state rather than a feature list.

Start with the properties, not the complexity.

Get the important property details in order and keep your operating responsibilities visible. Start with the workflow you need now rather than presenting your portfolio as an enterprise.

Most people managing two or three rentals do not need a property-management platform. They need one place where the lease, the rent and the last repair are not in three different apps and a drawer.

More clarity. Honest limits.

Property Desk is not a full general ledger or a trust-accounting platform. If you need CPA-grade books or you are holding other people’s money as a third-party manager, this is not the tool for that part of your operation.

Paid rental-market comps belong to Deal Desk’s scope, not to a Property Desk promise. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out after you have signed up.

Before the next tenant, settle the operating plan.

Software will not tell you whether your reserve is big enough, whether your lease is right for your state, or what you will do the first month rent does not arrive. The checklist walks through those, free, on this site.

From the checklist

  • Set an operating reserve based on the actual property and your situation.
  • Keep security-deposit obligations distinct from spendable operating money.
  • Assign responsibility for renewals, rent changes and insurance deadlines.

Questions people ask first

Is this for property managers?

No. It is built for owner-operators running their own doors. If you manage property for other owners, you need trust accounting and owner statements, which this is not.

Does it include rent collection, screening or a tenant portal?

Those are not things we are selling you today. Some are in progress and some are gated. Ask for early access and we will tell you exactly what is working the week you ask.

Does Property Desk include Deal Desk comps?

No. Paid market comps are part of Deal Desk’s scope, not a Property Desk inclusion.

What does it cost?

We are not publishing plan prices until every number matches what you would actually be charged. Ask for early access and we will send you the current terms first.

Build the portfolio. Keep the tools practical.

Choose the desk that matches your next step. You do not have to start with the whole suite.
