For the shop
Keep the work moving. Keep the admin in its place.
Job Desk gives a small service business a practical path for customers, jobs and invoices. Built for the shop that wants understandable tools, not an enterprise implementation.
We’ll email you when access is available. This does not create an account, and there is nothing to pay.
The path the work takes
- A customer, and the places you service for them.
- The job: what was asked for, and what happened.
- The invoice, and whether it has been paid.
We are not listing every feature here. Ask for early access and we will walk you through what is working, on the real product, the week you ask.
A clear path from the customer to the invoice.
Keep the next action visible as work moves through the business. Who called, what they need, when it is happening, and what is owed when it is done.
That is the spine. Everything else a service business eventually wants — scheduling depth, marketing, messaging — sits on top of it, and none of it helps if the basic path from a phone call to a paid invoice is scattered across a notebook and a phone.
Know what you are buying before you buy it.
We are not publishing Job Desk plan prices on this page yet, because the numbers we could publish today are not all the numbers you would actually be charged. Messaging, payment processing and marketing add-ons each have their own costs, and some of them are usage-based.
When you ask for access, you get the current plan, what is included, what is billed on top and what happens if you stop — in writing, before you decide.
Built for a small shop, not every enterprise workflow.
Job Desk is not being sold as a replacement for enterprise dispatch, inventory, service memberships or full accounting. If your operation needs those, tell us and we will say honestly whether this fits — including when the answer is no.
It is also not a marketing agency platform. It is the desk where the work of the business gets tracked.
Questions people ask first
Who is Job Desk for?
A small service business — a trades shop, a handful of trucks, an owner who is still on the tools some days. It is also the desk for the business that funds a rental portfolio.
Does it send texts to customers?
We are not making that a promise on this page. Business messaging has registration, consent and per-message cost conditions attached, and we will not advertise it until we can show you all three working. Ask and we will tell you where it stands.
Is it a CRM?
We do not call it that. It is a desk for the work: customers, jobs, invoices, and what happens next.
What does it cost?
Ask for early access and we will send you the current plan terms, including anything billed on top, before you decide.
Build the portfolio. Keep the tools practical.
Choose the desk that matches your next step. You do not have to start with the whole suite.
